The following 16-day Peru tour itinerary is fully customizable. Contact us and we’ll be happy to help plan the tour of your dreams.
Day 1: Sacred Valley – Glamping
Pick up at your hotel in Cusco.
Visit to Chinchero, a textile and archaeological village.
Tour of Maras (salt mines) and Moray (Inca agricultural laboratory).
Buffet lunch at a local restaurant in the Sacred Valley.
Continue to Ollantaytambo, with a visit to its impressive archaeological complex.
Check-in at an exclusive glamping site, surrounded by nature and with all the amenities.
Dinner under the stars and overnight stay in the Sacred Valley.
Day 2: Machu Picchu – Cusco
Breakfast at the glamping site.
Transfer to Ollantaytambo station to board the Vistadome Observatory train, with panoramic windows and a cultural show on board.
Arrival in Aguas Calientes and bus ride up to the citadel of Machu Picchu.
Private guided tour of the main archaeological sites: Temple of the Sun, Intihuatana, Sacred Plaza, among others.
Free time to explore and take pictures.
Return by bus to Aguas Calientes, time for lunch (not included).
Return trip on the Vistadome Observatory train and transfer to Cusco.
