We’ll begin our adventure with a short walk to the training area, where, alongside our expert instructors, we’ll select the appropriate equipment for sandboarding and sandskiing. Once you’re ready, you’ll learn the basic techniques for sliding across the sand and experience the incredible sensation of combining snow and sand, all while surrounded by the impressive desert dunes.
After this brief introduction, we’ll board the buggies for an exciting tour of the Huacachina Dunes. Feel the adrenaline rush as we ascend and descend the highest dunes, enjoying every dizzying turn. This buggy tour will take you through the vast desert, offering breathtaking landscapes and a unique sense of freedom.
Upon reaching the highest dune, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of Ica, the desert, and the Andes, all illuminated by the magical light of the sunset. This is the perfect time to relax, admire the scenery, and take some unforgettable photos of this desert sunset.
During the tour, you’ll be provided with photos and videos captured with a GoPro so you can relive the best moments of this unique dune experience. Dress appropriately:
Wear comfortable, lightweight clothing, preferably athletic wear that allows you to move freely.
Wear closed-toe sneakers for added safety while walking and during dune activities.
Sun protection:
