Recommendations
Physical condition: It is recommended that you be in good physical shape, as the experience involves ascents and descents on via ferrata or zip lines.
Appropriate clothing: Wear comfortable sports clothing, a windbreaker or light jacket, hiking shoes with good soles, and bring a change of clothes.
Climate: Nights in the Sacred Valley are usually cold; it is advisable to bring a thermal jacket.
Luggage: bring only what you need in a small backpack (the rest can be left at the base camp).
Personal protection: use sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat during the day.
Camera: don't forget your camera or cell phone with a charged battery to capture the experience (we recommend bringing a power bank).
Altitude: the activity takes place at over 2,900 meters above sea level, so we recommend acclimatizing beforehand in Cusco or the Sacred Valley.
Restrictions: not recommended for people with heart problems, severe vertigo, or reduced mobility.
